HOME DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders over £1000.00 orders under £1000.00 incur a £60.00 delivery charge.

Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on delivery destination, maximum delivery time will be 28 working days.

We will telephone to confirm the delivery date of the order.

We will call at least 4 days prior to our intended delivery date to confirm the date and estimate AM or PM. On the day of delivery our driver will call you to confirm the delivery time usually within a 1 hour time frame.

You can download an inspection check-list from the link below to help you check your order on arrival. Please read this before the delivery arrives. You must inspect your order carefully on arrival as we are unable to accept claims for breaks, scratches or damage after delivery. The driver will ask you to tick each area as you inspect it and you must sign to say they are satisfactory and fit for purpose. Our drivers are expecting you to thoroughly inspect the goods and will help you to do this.

We advise that you wait until your order is delivered before committing to any subcontractors for fitting as this will avoid any risk of you being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays.
